Pros
Low entry bar- if you are a citizen(or a stem new grad student with opt), capable of driving, willing to take a 3k monthly salary, you are in. Provide H1B sponsorships for International students- but they only hire Chinese I gave it a 2 star because I know there are companies that are worse, but that doesn't mean anyone should put up with 2 star.
Cons
Work life balance is awful- Managment has no problem probing your private life, forcing you to work on weekends, doesn't pay overtime unless it is past 9:30 pm, people may call you midnight, etc. Pay is below surviving line- In LA they pay you 3k a month, if you are doing field testing you would always eat on the road, meals are not covered so another 400$ deducted by Mcdonald's, have fun make a living with that. Some people in Management are pure Jerks - they would blame you to cover their mistakes (and they make so many of them), threaten to take your salary away(company set up illegal fines all the time), lie about work arrangements. Also they would stalk your social media accounts, so don't make anything negative about the company, that is why I had to find a native speaker to write this review for me. There are matters this company does that is straight up against the law or contract agreements with their clients--They would lie about head counts to cheat money from clients, they would steal employee ssn to get loans--they get away with most of the stuff because employees depend on their H1B sponsorship--employees cannot sue the company if their work status depend on it--that is just how it is in US.
