Pros
have decent training and mentoring. Some of the mentors are invested in helping you attain success while others are there to collect the paycheck and could care less, but say they do. Have the flexibility to work independently and make your own hours
Cons
If you want to work and not get paid, because they feel they are entitled to your income every time you turn around, then go ahead and work for them. They take self-employed to a new level. They will do absolutely nothing without charging you. Even having your deal packets processed is charged to you. A risk poll of $15,000.00 is ridiculous. If you can make it past 3 years, you might get to keep the 50% of income that they help themselves to.
