Pros

I really don't have anything good to say about them, like I said miss a day or so because you're sick or doctors appointment lose your bonuses. Make them mad they put you with a rep that can't close and you don't make any money

Cons

It's a popularity contest, you kiss the correct buttocks they put you with a good rep, you don't you end up with some newbie that can't close a door in a windstorm, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone except if you have a record and can't get a job elsewhere.

great bosses who truly want you to work hard and succeed

Cons

can be tough sometimes like any job / tough quota to hit / but once you find a groove and put the effort in, things pan out

There is no structure in place, all the tech they use is old and outdated. The systems they have in place are slow and not efficient.
