Pros

Decent benefits and most employees are good people. An extremely toxic member of their C-Suite resigned (was let go) you take your pick, I'll leave her name out, starts with an M.

Cons

They have a skewed perception when it comes to IT, Most clueless company I've seen, ever. Wouldn't know a qualified IT leader from an unqualified.

Pros

They are fair they care about their employees. They make sure they choose those candidates that are serious and willing to do what the job description says. I came in loving to clean and being OCD about cleanliness. I take pride in a job done right and I want a team that feels the same way. SBM is a great place to grow and gain knowledge especially if you are happy making others happy. No matter what you we are a team and no matter what if one is lacking we help each other. Team shout outs are encouraged and we have incentives and we make you want to stay and be apart of a great team. SBM is a wonderful place to work and If you are passionate about cleaning as I am and making sure each customer is satisfied with your work as a team then SBM is the place for you.
