Nothing - This company is a trap

- This owner of this company is SID SINHA. He describe his company as equal to infosys or TCS or Wipro with so many people working for his company but in reality he only has 10-12 employee. - There is one person who acts as admin, HR and Finance for SBM group - If you loose your job then you are on your own. No marketing for you and at the same time your salary gets stopped. - At the time when your priority date will get current company will delay on giving EVL which is a mandatory document for filing a green card. - Company forwards his attorney emails to employee after updating the visa charges or the green card charges so as company can extract more from his employees. - Guys my writing of this review is to help all new joiners because i don't want any one to go through the pain which i went through. - Last - Company medical insurance are worst so you end up paying 3000$ for an ER visit. Bare minimum coverage.

Your bare min Salary is given every 2 weeks

Many : - Medical plan is very poor, Deductible 2500/person, 10,000 per Family - Medical Plan changes every June hence deductible gets reset twice a year once in June and other in December. - H1B & Green card cost is deducted from your salary - Company Promise 2 weeks of paid leaves but never pays. Overall i had many bad experience but can not mention at this public website. I left this company even without getting my Green Card, that too after 5 years.
