Pros
I don't really have any pros. They really want to establish a people first company, but that is not reflected in how the CEO treats his employees.
Cons
In my interview, the manager asked me not to read the Glassdoor reviews, because it wasn't a true reflection of the company. After working there, I would have to disagree. The CEO likes to have control over every project. To the point that nothing is accomplished or can move forward without his 100% approval. However, his mood changes like the wind. Something that HE approved several weeks ago will suddenly be trash, and he will demand names of who worked on the project so he can fire them. This is not an exaggeration. I legit heard him say this on multiple conference calls. To my knowledge, he has never actually followed through. However, this does put the team(s) on edge and brings all production to a complete halt. The CEO has established a blame first mentality, and that mentality has bled into upper/lower management.
