Pros
The only good thing that came from working with SBM is that I met some talented people and worked with an incredible team. But that is something that is not exclusive to SBM, I just happened to get lucky. You can work with great people elsewhere without having to subject yourself to this terrible company.
Cons
Terrible executive management and high turnover rate. People come and go, either because they can't deal with an overly-demanding, volatile CEO that likes to control everything and rules using fear (he will have no problem berating you in front of others) or because the CEO will let entire departments go on a whim since they aren't mind readers. Despite all these flaws with management, he will still wonder why his product is a hot mess and goals are not being met, and usually just blame his employees, which he has little trust in. Rather than letting growth happen internally, he would rather just continuously fire and bring in new people hoping that will somehow fix a problem that actually lies within executive management.
