Healthcare does not start until earliest 2 months and latest 3 months after your start and are all high deductible plans. Comp is 20% below market. Boo hoo, your "budget" won't get you talent. Your project managers shouldn't be scared of declaring a project "red". Warning flag 1. Warning flag 2 is your (comment censored by Glassdoor due to accuracy) Warning flag 3, you changed the job title between the interview process and the offer letter. Sneaky at every step.
