Terrible Upper Management - Maintenance Technician SBM Management Services Employee Review

I was told I would have an evaluation after 3 months for an extra dollar per hour and that never happened after 10 months of working there. The site I worked at was hit by a large-scale fire and the maintenance team I worked with recieved little to no breathing protection, exposing us to hazardous fumes. We were constantly told we were getting pay raises and a Christmas bonus, yet by the time I left in August the next year we had received neither. The work truck we had was falling apart and unsafe to move the thousands of dollars in heavy equipment.
