      Good place to work as a layover between better jobs. Don't strive for excellence, though, as management will feel very threatened and find a way to fire you.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Management frequently degrades and talks down to employees, especially if new ideas or innovation are proposed. It was when I truly learned what "gas lighting" means. I'd highly recommend staying away.

      There are some pretty amazing people who work here and everyone is willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      Leadership can change their mind in an instant and will set unrealistic expectations so it makes it difficult to succeed.
