      SBM basically provides janitors to office premises. This is their core business which they will not accept and talk about everything else. average tenure is 1-2 years. If you look at LinkedIn, more employees and ex than current. Under qualified people run the show, they are rude and will not do any of the work. All are "yes masters" to the CEO.
