Pros
Met a couple of really nice people. You'll probably enjoy working there if you are a custodian because the unions will protect you.
Cons
Don't be fooled by current employees trying to mask all of the terrible reviews. Please do your research before applying. They were by far the WORST company I've ever worked at. I'm not a disgruntled employee but rather someone who has a few friends still working there and care about them a lot and can no longer remain silent. My friends put in very very long hours at corporate and are afraid for their job EVERY SINGLE DAY. The ceo is a nut case. Most people try their hardest to stay off his radar. He's seriously very creepy. He is also the most viscous, toxic person that loves having a fear based environment that he and his soldiers created. The executive team is the absolute worst. If you don't wear a low cut shirt or try and disagree with the ceo its a matter of time before you are gone. I took my manager's mental abuse for too many years and barely recognized myself before I left. The IT team was a nice group, but my friends say the leader is spineless and lies constantly to save himself. One friend told me that they saw a like a little kid who must have been illegal working on their property pulling weeds and they reported it to hr who did nothing about it. How can that be legal?? And DON'T try and work there if you aren't white. The executives are nasty people who LITERALLY do whatever it takes to keep their job. There is very high turnover because people realize how nuts they are with their unethical behavior. My one friend calls and cries all the time to me. It breaks my heart that they are so mentally abused.
