This company has no strategic vision or plan. Incredibly toxic. They know this and simply do not care. All the negative reviews are true and unfortunately that toxic culture thrives in the AZ Marketing Dept. Calling the department "marketing" is a stretch. More like a video production dept. The person in charge has no business being in charge. He has zero marketing skills beyond producing a mass amount of videos. He micromanages and belittles his staff daily. The team meetings have no purpose except to bad mouth other leaders. The training program is watching 100+ cleaning videos. There are no goals. No feedback given. And it is all your fault that you "did it wrong." He required coming into the office during COVID, only lets certain people work from home and their benefits are horrid. 2 weeks vacation will be offered - maxed out at 3.Total joke and zero leadership. I feel compelled to protect my fellow marketers from this madness.
