Supervisors/Lead in Building 9 Vacaville Facility - GMP Tech SBM Management Services Employee Review

There is major lack of communication/ Professionalism, Between supervisors/Leads communicating/Addressing issues with Employees directly. Absolute no type of physical support when having to complete work orders in GMP Areas and even at the end of our shift when we get a last minute work order. some leads never help employees complete a task. always in the office with supervisors. there is a huge role of favoritism within the supervisor/ leads with Employees. its beyond ridiculous.
