Pros
The employees are fantastic, but spent their time talking about how crazy it is to work there.
Cons
Behind the vail of this bottom-of-the-barrel blue color company is a wannabe white collar software startup. Problem is, it’s ran by a CEO who is a highchair tyrant with a wicked Steve Jobs complex. They don't respect industry standards/creative process, or understand how to create products or build brands. Enchanted by the money, people enter SMB thinking they will come save the day with their talent and experience, and leave 120 days later needing therapy and a career counselor. Seriously. You’ll wish you kept your job (even if you were marketing cigarettes to cancer patients), because there’s NOTHING worse than SMB for creatives. In the end, the only thing the this company is going to successfully create are more unemployment checks.
