Poor management - Project Manager SBM Management Services Employee Review

Poor communication, vertical management treats people poorly, they are great salesmen.. promise one thing and never deliver. I was made to feel small by several people, then was told that my role had been eliminated after my direct report had not spoken to me since Oct 5th. If you give your 110%, you get a pat on the head as a "atta girl" Sadly, I still believed they were good people, but when a company shows you their colors believe them. The leaders in the automotive vertical is astronomically terrible. Stay away from this company
