Pros
The management at SCJ say they care about their people but they don't just talk the talk, they actually walk the walk - they make sure everyone is respected, cared for (both personally and professionally) and we get to work on really amazing heritage brands in a global, private company. All the teams work cross functionally really well together and everyone here wants to do the best they can for the business, because the business success is their success at the end of the day
Cons
It's a little off the beaten track in terms of location in Lane Cove, but it's got heaps of on site free parking (and full on site gym) so it's not really a con
