Pros

The heavy workload kept me busy, and I preferred that over sitting idle or taking it easy during work hours.

Cons

- I could handle the heavy workload if management had been supportive and recognized employees for their hard work. - Pay increases were promised but never delivered, despite the stress and effort we put in every day. - Working overtime nonstop was exhausting, even though I didn’t mind staying busy. - What angered me most was management breaking their promises, lying to employees, insulting us, and treating us unfairly.

Pros

You will learn how to chase numbers. It can be a useful skill to learn. It can also be completely draining.

Cons

This place is filled with arrogant, incredibly nasty, and disrespectful people. Sadly, those people hold all the power. Here, your value is reduced to metrics and numbers. The pressure is suffocating and can destroy your peace of mind. Do not let a job consume you. Be warned!
