Pros
Completely remote (for member services dept) -- Supervisors/leads/coworkers are very supportive and willing to help --Company appreciates by giving bonuses, days off, and random gifts.
Cons
Mandatory overtime on Mondays, sometimes everyday of the week there is 1 hour overtime depending on service level -- Job itself is high-stress since you are talking to seniors about their healthcare and sometimes come across urgent situations where you cannot do anything for them -- Sometimes have to work 6 days a week -- There's always system issues, which makes the members angry -- Have to deal with abusive callers; Member services is the punching bag of the company, basically.
