CEO, Dr. Sachin Jain, and CPO, Lindsay Crawley-Herbert are working hard and moving forward on making SCAN’s culture healthy and a positive work environment. Some examples are: 1. Compensation and Benefits are more competitive than other HealthPlans. 2. 11 Holidays, Summer Half Day Fridays, and, recently announced Christmas Week Company Shutdown! 3. Talent Director, Jim Farmer, creating a inclusive work environment with Career Mentoring, engaging workgroup activities that promote community, goal setting, and mindfulness. I’m just waiting to master my job for one year, then I want to ask if I’ve earned eligibility to be mentored. My coworkers are excited when they hear friends or past colleagues get hired in SCAN. I can now say I agree.
