      There's nothing best working in Schott Singapore

      Cons

      When they wish you keep you due to insufficient resources, management will try all theirs way to keep you with empty promises after you choose to stay on. HR will give threaten remarks on exit interview by saying "you won't know your new company did call for ref check".
