Pros
This is very good company where it is offering good cultures, diversity and also high toleration between employee and management. Goodies for employees is distributed for every festival season (CNY, Christmas and Raya). Schott is also expanding it's operation in Kulim where it has given a sight that business is growing well. Much challenge if you are in the engineering field where a lot of DOE's and experiment to come out which is good for your own learning and and self skill development. Good for those who are looking for slow and steady job pace.
Cons
High management is monopolized by only 1 race. Increment can be low for blue collar. benefits and bonuses are great for engineers and exec staff but not supervisor so just curious as the employment category is also as white collar post. very hard to get promotions as there is no clear indication whether you are below/on par/exceeding the KPI's.
