I work very close to home, and when I travel, I get mileage reimbursements. I also have paid vacation and sick time.

Pros

Excellent benefits, great work environment, and forward-thinking executive director.

Cons

Hard to find a con honestly. Pay could always be more, but working in this field this is typical. Moving up the ladder would be one consideration, as there is limited growth opportunities. Not a fault of the organization, but just the structure of programs.
