Too much promotion from within. - Fear of anyone with actual experience outside of SG or Lafayette. - Lack of injection of new thinking. - Bright shiny object syndrome - willing to throw over something established for something new, well, just because. - Wasted expenditure of energy of fruitless initiatives. - Lip service to process improvement, but nothing ever gained, even from significantly lengthy and expensive exercises. - No sense of how to truly prioritize requests. - Frustrating environment. - People more focused on team building than actual work. - Convinced no one in management could actual spell "ROI".
