Pros
Good structure, stability in roles, and clear goals as a company. SCP values our culture and relationships with clients, providers, and patients - and it's easy to see how the work we do benefits the bottom line and relates back to the vision and mission of SCP. The growth has been challenging, but also very rewarding - and I feel the recognition programs have improved greatly in order to show employees how much the company cares. I appreciate this, as someone who came on board before the company expanded - it's exciting to see where we are headed.
Cons
Growth can produce a lot of change, and some of the changes have been difficult to manage. Consistent communication is also a challenge in times of growth, but more frequent company news, staff meetings, and reinstatement of our management forum are proving to be helpful. The organizational structure can also be confusing - a lot of top level leadership and middle management, with varying types of nomenclature for similar roles.
