Pros
The employees are fantastic - friendly, hard-working, and diligent. The offices and meeting rooms are nicely decorated and well-maintained, and we always had high quality computers and office equipment.
Cons
They are very big on promoting within the company, but it always seemed as if they were promoting executives from one position to another, instead of promoting any of the loyal 'regular' employees into upper management. It also seemed as if the answer to every departmental problem was to invent a new executive position within the department to fix it. Managers spend the majority of their time preparing reports for all the executives, trying to pinpoint why work goals aren't being completed, but if they were allowed to just do there jobs, there probably wouldn't be so many issues.
