Pros

decent pay, overall coporate culture is supportive, they truly care deeply about their patients and the level of service they provide.

Cons

multiple divisions have very different cultures. my division was oppressive, stressful, micro managed and schitzophrenic in nature. SVP was literally the worst leader i have ever seen in even a low level management capacity.
