Pros
People are generally nice and optimistic. Lots of work life balance- to the point that it is abused. 25-30 hour work week and paid for 40 hrs.
Cons
VPs, managers, project managers and other leadership positions with no prior professional experience in the particular role or general area- across every department. Upper management assumes most are capable to perform their roles but it is not the case, causing a lot of failed projects and wasted money
