      Pros

      The leaders at SCP Health take such good care of our physicians, NPs, and PAs. It's a company that focuses on relationships and treats every hospital administrator and clinician with respect and integrity. I've been so proud of how well SCP has taken care of our clinicians during the pandemic. The company has a reputation for doing what we way we're going to do. So proud to be a part of it, there is such a strong culture and a sense of empowerment where our leaders trust us to do what's right and give us the latitude to do it.

      Cons

      The health care industry is a tough place to be right now, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere other than SCP Health.
