Pros

Great employee that support program and work hard to meet customer expectations.

Cons

Poor management within the WellnessWorks executive team resulting in high turnover. Consistantly changing goals and objectives with little to no direction for employee staff. Salaries are not distributed according to merit but to tenure. Highly political in decision making often resulting in problems that affect clients resulting in loss of confidence with the consumer and loss of contracts. Breach in confidentiality among executive team regarding personnel issues and employee salaries causing conflict among peers. Workload does not match salary. Poor economic outlook due to loss of confidence among current and past clients.
