Great Company - Anonymous employee SCP Health Employee Review

Where do I even start? I have been with this company for many years and have seen so many changes. All of the changes that took place was for the betterment of the company. Never once did I feel as though the value of the company or the value of the employees decreased. I have always felt secure in my role and in the people that I work for - from upper management to my line level manager/supervisor. Upper management does a great job of keeping all employees abreast of where we stand as a company at quarterly meetings. The pay is fair, the people are amazing, and the flexibility of the job (being able to balance home-work life) is incomparable. I look forward to many more memorable years at SCP Health.
