      Pros

      Company is family oriented and employee safety are a number one priority. Have been with the company for over 7 years and we work hard, however also have fun. Great benefits! 401K, Medical, Dental. Personal and vacation time.

      Cons

      Currently working from home due to the pandemic, however will have to return to the office when the pandemic is under control. Management currently reviewing the possibility of a hybrid work environment.

Our protocol for returning to the office is continually evolving and carefully considers several important areas, including team member safety, business needs, and space availability. We are monitoring and adhering to CDC guidelines, and are offering proper resources and training to all team members in preparation for returning to the office.
