11yThank you for your comments. You make some very important points, particularly about how important it is to have strong leaders in order to have real employee satisfaction and engagement. Your concerns about opportunities for advancement, pay and benefits were all echoed in our employee survey last year and we have taken steps to improve in those areas, including the recent announcement of a company-wide bonus plan to be implemented in early 2016, depending on 2015 performance. Such a plan will also encourage the "it's everyone's job" mentality that you suggest, because every employee has the opportunity to share in the company's success.
