Thank you for your comments. Communication is an area in which we strive to accomplish more. In fact, in July, we pushed out a Corporate communications survey to all employees. I hope that you participated and gave your feedback. We want our employees to know what is happening and how they are directly helping drive our mission forward. We've recently set in motion several initiatives this last year to improve communication to all levels of our workforce: 1)NewsBeat, our electronic newsletter, comes out via email every Wednesday; 2)Quarterly all-staff meetings, conducted by our executive leaders, are accessible in person in our Corporate office or by video for our other locations. If you were unable to attend these meetings live, they are recorded for your review; 3)Communications Impact Team was established two years ago, and has employee representatives from all different areas of the company. The group meets bimonthly with our COO, in order to get information to bring back to their areas and to give feedback from their coworkers. If you've not been able to access any of these communication vehicles, please reach out to HR or to Marketing/Communications so that can be remedied. We are always open to more ideas about how to make sure our employees get the information they need.
