Pros

Flexibility. My team was nice and remote work nice.

Cons

Pay is just awful. I left after 5.5 years, giving my all with above average review every review… I made a lateral move to another healthcare company, doing the same job with a 60% pay increase. I brought up my pay being below the National average multiple times, with them just giving TINY bumps. Overall, they don’t appreciate or compensate fairly. Culture isn’t great either. I realized after leaving & going to another company how bad it was.
