Pros

Meeting new people. Learning how to train yourself

Cons

Lateral move up in company no additional pay if you go to a supervisor or a different position Pay rate terrible . Some people in higher positon take their authority to far. Lost of micro managing. Some managers speak to you in such a bad manner.. if you complain to compliance . Not action are take your case closed out with no feedback. No Christmas party You basically have to train yourself at time when put on new accts. GreaT for first few years then went downhill. Left in an ambulance and wrote up for not having enough time to cover the remaing of the day (wow)
