Pros

Nice and personable people. Anyone who has left in the past has said they missed the job.

Cons

Too many *changes* year to year. Leadership always seems to want to take things in different directions every year and it seems like executive positions are the only ones that are ever safe. Every year, especially at the start it always feels like a sinking ship that's on fire. The fire will go out once the ship sinks, but whose going to save the employees from drowning? Benefits are terrible. You get 3 choices of Medical Insurance and even paying more on the buy up plan has a $2k deductible and a $4k out of pocket expense. So before your insurance picks up 100%, you will have had to pay roughly 15-20% (or more) of your adjusted gross income. They also started using AmeriBen which quite literally acts as a GATEKEEPER to your medical benefits. AmeriBen has a review rating on Google of 2.3 (out of 5 stars), Optum RX is rated 1.3, and the company must have one of the worst versions of Blue Cross Blue Shield. It used to be a noteworthy insurance but somehow in conjunction with being Anthem, it is not a good insurance at all. It's almost as if a company so involved with the Healthcare industry should be ashamed of how bad their employee insurance is.
