NP and PA friendly at most facilities Pay is reasonable
Cons
Definitely favorite people in the company who get preferential treatment; Built up lead NP and PAs then abruptly cut positions and blamed COVID Cut benefits—eliminating PTO—even though strongly urged to keep this for providers. Then they wonder why people are burned out? C’mon, don’t talk to me about burnout and wellness unless you put your money where your mouth is.
