Some clarification from Dallas office - Anonymous employee SCP Health Employee Review

I would like to add to what the other reviewer say about the CRO.He is a nice guy on the surface.Let me just say that his entire executive team resigned from the company after they help lead us out of a time of very bad financial circumstance.He replaced these executives by promoting some unqualified staff.The word around the office is that the CRO was put into a leadership remedial program because of how he treat employees.In my opinion this is good.HR is trying to fix the toxic environment that existed in the past that made these leaders want to resign.I give them credit for addressing the situation so we can move forward in a positive direction.
