      The company has an overall relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      There are a "protected" few in the company who seem to run all operations, regardless of unethical behavior or lack of skill. No advancement in sight. Some HR practices, fair treatment, accountability and confidentiality is a joke

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
