      Excellent company to work for and build a career. Great culture of teaching, mentoring and supporting each other with a lot of focus on building young professionals.

      Cons

      As with all consulting jobs, the "feast or famine" of a large workload or slow times can be difficult.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
