Pros
The employees are great and in most areas, band together to do off site outings and develop collaborative working relationships. Most of the staff are young, energetic, intelligent and creative. The location is great for walks and public transportation. Most of the employees work remote (at home and/or out of state).
Cons
*Poor management skills *No clear expectations *Chaotic leadership with no clear direction *Extremely high turnover rate *Zero management training *Outdated technology *Dependent medical benefits only covered at 20% *EXTREMELY low pay for the Bay Area cost of living *Top down and very chaotic leadership with absolutely no direction *Zero transparency and constant in house backbiting *Management opportunities are gifted and not earned *Non-diverse culture: New ways of thinking and doing are not welcomed and may get you fired
