Pros
The initial salary was OK. They found a few places in their only client to place me.
Cons
Don't expect any more than 2% raises, if that. Any perks quickly get removed one way or another. If they can't place you at the salary they gave you, then you're shown the door quickly. They are sadly out-performed within the Greater Pittsburgh area by consulting firms with more employee-centric skills.
