There is almost always an open position, though this is only because so many people leave

Cons

- Managers are extremely hostile and unpredictable - Outbursts happen over the smallest mistakes - The constant aggression creates a work environment full of fear and anxiety - Employees feel drained and on edge every day - The hostility makes it impossible to focus or feel safe to work I could not continue in a place where fear and tension were the norm. Leaving was the only way to protect my sanity.
