Pros
I had been watching SD Myers from a distance for a while, and came on board several months ago. There is a lot going on at SD Myers and it's sister companies. New business is growing like crazy, and there are many new initiatives that are energizing people. I appreciate that they are focusing, in sales at SD Myers, on growth and customer focus. They are giving their team the tools and training to sell. I have been through several training classes and feel well equipped and supported by the team to engage with customers.
Cons
As with any business that has been around for many years, there are systems and processes that could be updated, but people seem to recognize the need for change and are taking some action to modernize systems to better fit customer and business needs.
