Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at our organization. While we respectfully disagree that the only “pros” of working at SDMyers are the summer picnic and Christmas Party, we respect that you have the right to share your concerns. Our leadership team does their very best to provide servant leadership and create a collaborative and supportive environment. We do wish that the “cons” could be a more of a constructive review in which we can work to improve in areas where we are falling short. We hope that if you are a current employee of more than 10 years – that you feel comfortable enough to share your concerns with leadership and/or Human Resources. The last thing that we want is for our employees to feel unsupported. Again, we appreciate the review and will continue to strive to live out our professional values as an organization.
