Pros

Christmas party is a nice event.

Cons

If you are lucky enough to be a blood relative, to the CEO, President, VP, or if you are a born again Christian, that is trying to make themselves feel better on the inside, this would be a great place for you. If you do not have any of the above relations, you could still get hired as a person for a job, but you will go into work everyday, hoping it is not your last. They say they care about people and families, this is so not true! I had worked there for many years and you just need to look busy to get paid! The secret is, keep your mouth shut and have no opinions. I have seen so many good people let go or quit, that have gone above and beyond for many years and treated very poorly. Now, I think they realized what they have done (or don’t care) and cannot replace with good employees. It is has been at the point, where employees sabotage other employees to keep their job. I wish I did not feel this way, but that is how it is.

Pros

Everyone at the company was very kind and supportive. The projects I completed were well thought out the overall experience was greatly beneficial to my career.

Cons

The only thing I can think of that may be a con for some individuals is that it is a Christian institution, so it may not be the best fit for you if you would prefer to avoid that.
