Nice Folks and easy going and professional environment.

Cons

Reorganize depts alot and you can end up in the cold very very easily without expecting it. Quite conservative.

Everyone at the company was very kind and supportive. The projects I completed were well thought out the overall experience was greatly beneficial to my career.

Cons

The only thing I can think of that may be a con for some individuals is that it is a Christian institution, so it may not be the best fit for you if you would prefer to avoid that.
