Pros
Good starting point for a career. Lots to learn, if you enjoy learning. Lower level employees are great. Some decent Managers.
Cons
Expectations of long hours with little to no work-life balance. Zero appreciation for effort over and above typical job responsibilities (which is always expected). Pay is low for the market. Work from home policy is awful, employees are expected to pay 2% per day of their annual salary to work from home because CEO does not believe you actually work while home. Health benefits degraded over my time with the organization with Management calling out the amount of money spent on premiums over quarterly call as if employees should not use their health insurance. Management expects employees to question their own safety during Texas-sized ice storms because "we don't close".
