Pros

Pay bonuses consistently while I was there. That might not be the case going forward. Co-workers were great and unappreciated people.

Cons

Management not capable of managing. Management by intimidation is how I would describe their style. Their is an atmosphere of mistrust. Management is arrogant and condescending. If you are a professional do not seek employment at Securus. They will not value your experience, contributions, or ideas. Their approach is to mold you into their inefficient processes and practices. I am convinced the CEO is a narcissist. Supervisors behave as cronies obeying the whims of the "don." I and my co-workers felt unappreciated mistrusted. Leaving Securus was the best decision of my career. Please read all the reviews before joining this company.
